One Good Term Deserves Another
Governor Albert Bryan, Jr.
On November 8, 2022, Albert Bryan, Jr. won his bid for re-election as the ninth elected Governor of the Virgin Islands of the United States. The people of the territory voted with resounding confidence in Mr. Bryan and Lt. Governor Tregenza Roach’s abilities toward making the Virgin Islands stronger than ever. In his first term, Governor Bryan used his myriad experiences as an economist, entrepreneur, leader in government service, and change agent, to guide the Territory through inarguably some of the most challenging years in modern history and emerged with a healthy economy, a leading tourism product, and a reformed pension system that has brought welcomed relief to government retirees. There is still critical work to be done for the people of the Virgin Islands. Over the next four years this administration has pledged its commitment to continue to tackle infrastructure, energy, education, health care, and other priorities. Working in tandem with lawmakers and community leaders the work will be challenging, but the horizon remains bright.

Effective Servant Leadership
Lt. Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq.
Lt. Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq, who serves also as Commissioner of Insurance and Chair of the VI Banking Board has served the people of the territory well as senator, practicing attorney, author, and staunch advocate of education. In the past four years, Lt. Roach has seen his authored legislation for tuition-free admission for VI high school students into the University of the Virgin Islands come to fruition. Under his leadership, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor received full accreditation for the first time by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, implemented a new billing and collections system that has revolutionized public access to real estate data, and finalized the contract for multi-million-dollar federal funding to complete the territory-wide street addressing initiative. Lt. Governor Roach’s foresight and leadership are invaluable to the progress of the Virgin Islands.
